The Campus Director will provide inspiring leadership to the academic and administrative staff and learners, provide strategic directions to ensure proper development, managing the operation of the campus that deliver campus vision and achieve its mission, provide operational and financial leadership to ensure the successful delivery of the campus’s educational objectives and the highest quality of student experience, while effectively engaging with and supporting staff and neighboring community.

Responsible for ensuring successful relations with the industry to promote the educational opportunities through maintaining linkages with training consultants, businesses, government and the general public to co-ordinate necessary steps for the purpose of providing quality learning opportunities and assist in the development of courses and programs reflective of the needs of industry in addition to the creation of in-job training opportunities as applicable.

The role holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Internal Audit Unit, coordinate and provide internal audit services, provides the valuable information and financial analysis, identify areas for cost savings, process optimization and increased operational efficiency. Detecting and preventing financial and operational risks, evaluate the adequacy of internal control systems, identify areas of potential threats and propose measures to mitigate them.
